Marlborough, New Zealand
Marisco Vineyard is a state-of-the-art vineyard in the heart of Marlborough. We were commissioned by Marisco to design their press receiving area for their Marlborough plant.
Our design consisted of a central control platform which could oversee the full receival and pressing operation of the plant.
How we maximised effiency
Our custom designed platfrom allowed Marisco to utilise fewer operators and as a result of this, it is now the most cost effective receival and pressing operation in the entire Marlborough wine region.

OUR WINERY WORK
Marlborough, New Zealand
Delegat Vineyard is a 30,000 tonne plant with the biggest grape presses in New Zealand. Our engineers have an intricate knowledge of processing wine from the winery: from the vineyard to the winery and to filtering into tanks.
Every part of the process involves moving parts and as the harvest season is so short, it is imperative that equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that any issues are responded to with urgency. This is where our relationship with our suppliers is critical because we will have parts flown in at any hour of the day or night to ensure production is not interrupted. In 10 years we have never let a client down. Our suppliers are willing to go the extra mile.
